Loft apartment at The Crest up for auction at $2.65 mil
A three-bedroom loft condo at The Crest, around Prince Charles Crescent in Bukit Merah, in top District 3, are going to be put up for auction sale on April 23. A banking company’s sale, the 1,324 sq ft residential property has been put on the neighborhood with a revised guide rate of $2.65 million ($ 2,002 psf), states Knight Frank Singapore, that is taking care of the public auction.
Completed in 2017, The Crest is a 99-year leasehold apartment development featuring 469 units expanded across 3 23-storey towers and four low-rise, five-storey blocks. Home owners appreciate numerous facilities, including a club, sky gym, bbq pits, physical fitness location, pool, landscape, jacuzzi, jogging route, tennis court, and day-and-night safety.
The eighth-floor model includes a loft design and has a living and dining room place with a terrace, a cooking area, one en suite master bedroom, and two bedrooms. Based on the caveats lodged, this is the 3rd time that the real estate has been offered. It was first sold in 2018 for $2.43 million ($ 1,832 psf).
This is the third instance the unit has been set up for marketplace. The 1st was in January with a demanding value of $2.8 million ($ 2,115 psf). It was once again installed for auction in March with a deal of $2.65 million ($ 2,002 psf). However, neither public auction attracted any type of buyers.
