Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang
The brand-new property is less than 500m from the National University of Singapore and around 1km starting with Curtin University. Positioned for accessibility, it is a brief trip from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD using Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. Coliwoo has recently opened its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Resort Pasir Panjang, a four-storey facility at 404 Pasir Panjang Roadway. The brand name, a co-living subsidiary among the realty administration services group LHN Group, revealed in its announcement last September that it had acquired the Pasir Panjang real estate for $30 million.
The rooms on the Pasir Panjang property are created with maritime motifs, integrating light grey tones and lively aquatic blue colors to show the beach associations of the place. All rooms are self-contained studio units with help services, consisting of a self-service mobile application, an onsite concierge and cleaning.
